At By Angeline, we stand behind the quality of our products. This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Warranty Coverage Periods

Our products are covered by the following warranty periods: - Fine Jewellery Collection: 5 years - Initial Letter Collection: 2 years - Zodiac Collection: 2 years 

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers: - Manufacturing defects - Material defects - Structural integrity issues - Faulty clasps and closures - Plating issues - Stone settings (where applicable)

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty excludes: - Normal wear and tear - Accidental damage - Misuse or abuse of the product - Unauthorized modifications or repairs - Damage from chemicals or exposure to harsh substances - Loss or theft - Damage from improper storage or care

Australian Consumer Law Statement

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim: 1. Contact our customer service team 2. Provide proof of purchase 3. Include clear photos of the issue 4. Describe the problem in detail 5. Follow our return instructions

Warranty Process

Upon receiving your claim: 1. We will assess the issue within 5 business days 2. We'll communicate our assessment findings 3. If approved, we'll provide repair or replacement options 4. We'll cover return shipping for valid warranty claims

Care Instructions

To maintain your warranty coverage: - Follow provided care instructions - Store items properly when not in use - Avoid exposure to chemicals - Remove jewellery during physical activities - Clean items as recommended

  • Keep your proof of purchase - Warranty is non-transferable - Valid only for items purchased from authorized sellers - Warranty period starts from the date of purchase - Replacement items carry the remainder of the original warranty period This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary under Australian Consumer Law.
