Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange as per your statutory rights. Please see below for more information on our return and refund policy.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in the same new condition and unworn, with all original tags, original packaging, and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at info@byangeline.com.au to discuss your return, ensuring that you provide us with the following information:
- Order number,
- Order name and
- Order address.
Once we have confirmed your return, please send your parcel with a note inside explaining the situation and your order details, such as the order number, order name, and order address. This will help us process your refund request quicker.
Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method such as Express Post Signed on Delivery to mail your return.
If a return is sent not using tracked delivery and goes missing, we are not responsible for it, and you may not be eligible for a refund. This is why we highly recommend using a tracked service to send your returns. We recommend using Express Post Sign on Delivery with Australia Post.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you notice any damage, please take photos for your records and contact us within 12 hours. You did not have to pay a return shipping fee in this case. We pay for the postage of the product back to us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Missing or Incorrect Items
Report any missing or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
